Frequently asked questions

What is ALGO NODE TRADE?
ALGO NODE TRADE is a professional trading evaluation company. You complete a structured challenge with clear rules and transparent objectives inside a simulated trading environment; eligible performance can produce a payout entitlement under the published program rules.
How do challenges work?
You choose an account size (5K to 200K), pay the one-time challenge fee in crypto, and receive trading access in the Trader App. You trade within the published rules — a 10% profit objective, a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% maximum loss limit and the minimum trading days for your tier. Progress is tracked in real time in your dashboard.
What are the account sizes?
Six tiers are available: 5K ($39), 10K ($59), 25K ($119), 50K ($189), 100K ($289) and 200K ($489). All tiers share the same rule framework: 10% profit objective, 5% daily loss, 10% maximum loss and 1:50 leverage.
What are the rules?
Each challenge has a 10% profit objective, a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% maximum loss limit and a minimum number of trading days (3 days on 5K–25K, 4 days on 50K–100K, 5 days on 200K) at 1:50 leverage. The full rule set is published on the Rules page and always uses the same authoritative figures as the Trader App.
How are payments made?
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through the existing ALGO NODE TRADE crypto payment gateway. When you check out, an order is created through the Trader App and a crypto invoice is generated for you with a payment address, amount and expiry.
How does crypto checkout work?
Select a challenge, complete checkout on this website, and you will receive a crypto invoice. After your transaction is seen on the network and confirmed, the gateway notifies the Trader App through a signed webhook, your order is marked paid and your challenge is provisioned. This website shows verified status only — success is never assumed from a browser redirect alone.
When does the challenge activate?
As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway and verified by the Trader App, your challenge is provisioned automatically and appears in your Trader App dashboard. This usually takes minutes, depending on network confirmation speed.
Can I buy another challenge later?
Yes. You can purchase another challenge at any time from this website or directly inside the Trader App. Both routes use the same package catalogue, order logic, payment gateway and provisioning rules. Your existing challenges remain unchanged.
Can I buy from the website and trade in the app?
That is exactly the intended flow. This website is the storefront and checkout surface; the Trader App is where you log in, see your purchased challenges and trade. After payment you can continue straight into the Trader App.
How does payout work?
Eligible performance inside the program can produce a payout entitlement. Your share is 10% of eligible profit, per the published rules. For example, $1,000 of eligible profit corresponds to a $100 payout entitlement, $2,500 to $250, and $10,000 to $1,000. Payout destinations are managed inside the Trader App.
What is the 10% profit share?
When your challenge performance is eligible under the rules, you are entitled to 10% of that eligible profit. The challenge account itself is simulated capital — it is not cash deposited by you, and the capital is never withdrawn. Payout entitlements are processed according to the program rules.
What happens after a rule breach?
If your account breaches the daily loss limit or the maximum loss limit, the challenge moves to a breached state and the challenge cycle ends. You can start a new challenge at any time by purchasing again. All rule states are visible in your dashboard in real time, so you always know where you stand.
Are there minimum trading days?
Yes — 3 minimum trading days on the 5K, 10K and 25K tiers, 4 days on the 50K and 100K tiers, and 5 days on the 200K tier. A trading day counts according to the definitions in the Rules page.
Can I trade forex?
Yes. The challenge environment includes major forex pairs alongside other instrument groups available in the Trader App.
Can I trade crypto?
Yes. Crypto instruments are available in the challenge environment alongside forex and other supported markets.
How does simulated execution work?
Market prices can be real, but execution and the challenge capital are simulated. Your trades are matched against the price feed inside the evaluation environment. This lets us evaluate discipline and performance consistently, and it means eligible performance produces a payout entitlement under the rules rather than returns on deposited capital.
What happens if payment is underpaid or overpaid?
Underpaid invoices are flagged and your order will not complete automatically — contact support with your checkout reference to resolve the difference. Overpaid invoices are processed for your order and the surplus is handled by support. Never re-send the difference without contacting support first.
Where can I manage my payout destination?
Payout destinations are managed inside the Trader App. Set and update your destination there before a payout is requested — entitlements are always sent to the destination configured in your Trader App at the time of processing.
How do I contact support?
Use the Support page or the Contact form — for payment or challenge issues, include your checkout reference (ANT-XXX-XXX-XXX) so your message is routed faster. You can also email [email protected]. Support hours and response targets are published on the Support page.
